Do Aliens Live Among Us?
12.07.2012 00:00
A round table in the Public Chamber, on town planning issues, has led to an unexpected result –those who were at the discussion were convinced that aliens live among us. However, the Head of RA State Administration of historical and cultural heritage Anzor Agumaa asserted the opposite, that in illegal construction are engaged not the guests from other planets, but our people with concrete names and addresses, but we could not believe it.Only an alien, for example, could built a restaurant in Gagra Fortress of IV-VII centuries, neglecting the fact that it is a historical monument, protected by the state. Only aliens can shamelessly rebuild a building of historical significance, the number of which only in the Abkhaz capital is 220. How can this resident of Sukhum who loves his city, build on a harmonious mansion beginning of XX century (it is opposite the second city hospital) something truly absurd, which absolutely does not fit into the architectural concept of this building?
I have never met a man confessed that he does not care about the interests of his native country or the city, on the contrary, as one hears, many almost do not sleep at night and eat during the day, working for the good of the motherland.
So, aliens live among us simply hiding behind the human appearance in order to gradually rebuild our cities and to make them faceless monstrous buildings, abounding in horror movies.
The worst thing that to fight with the aliens it is almost impossible - apparently, their secret brotherhood is so powerful that they no urban management for construction and architecture can overcome them, they write complaints to the prosecutor and law enforcement agencies themselves.
Of course, we have not given up fighting with aliens and did it in a civilized manner. Existing legislation on the construction and architecture does not help to solve many problems, so the head of a profile office of Sukhum Administration Eshba David considers it necessary in a short term to adopt a City Planning Code and raise the status of the Urban Council in the management, that its decisions will have not a recommendatory but an obligatory character. Participating in the roundtable, the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Emma Gamisonia and a chairman of the parliamentary committee Akhra Bzhania promised that the Parliament will work at a City Planning Code, but to raise the status of town-planning council is likely to be done by the Sukhum town assembly.
Once again, we heard that in 2010 the Parliament reduced a restricted zone, within which you can not build up along the Sukhum embankment. It is true that without the abolition of it ordinary aliens managed to build everything they want. Probably, there is a sense to return to a more rigid version of a restricted zone for the current composition of a Parliament, or otherwise, in a few years our embankment will turn into a tasteless piling of buildings, among which growing up aliens will be lost wandering, throwing away beer cans with foot.
The uniqueness of Sukhum, and the whole Abkhazia are under threat – the aliens are actively attacking!
Dear to our hearts the living space can be reduced to the size of our apartments, from which we will be looking out wistfully, as the last of humanoids. To avoid this, the public must rouse and unite - in many countries, there are public organizations that protect the honor and dignity of their cities. Don’t we love our cities less then others?
