Heavy domestic political life, apparently, has aaccustomed us to adrenalin euphoria - we always strive for  new acute events.  The opportunity daily to  comment  current situation in the Internet, albeit under a pseudonym, has created a new playing  interest for many - so nice to cut down these damned politicians at least virtually, let them know  us!

         Fuel to the fire added an unexpected activity of a new parliament, rushing to investigate  large deeds  of  previous authorities. It turned out as expected, because many important decisions are taken behind the closed doors that a lot of illegal cases had been piled up. Of course, high-ranking officials, like officials of any rank who have exceeded their powers, is necessary to call to account, but it should not become a goal of the Parliament.

         There are sufficient voids in our legislation that need filling, and the main task of the Parliament is the development and adoption of necessary laws, without which the normal functioning of the public body is impossible. Excessive attention to  sins of authorities  sometimes  resembles an attempt to settle scores, rather than to restore  justice and rule of law.

         When coming to power in 2005, Sergei Bagapsh proposed to start from scratch, it led to even more apathy and irresponsibility. To develop fully in such conditions could not any single people. But only  to deal with investigations of abusing  of  power, taking  actually partial functions of Prosecutor General's and  spending a large part of energy is also unwise -  firstly  the Parliament should deal with its main work , that is lawmaking.

         Generally, working and taking responsibility are not very fashionable in our state, more precisely, it is the prerogative of high fashion - all decisions are taken by the president. The rest of the power vertical is in a horizontal position, while maintaining the stance of respectful attention. That is why the popular path to the president does not overgrow, and it is weekly reported that in the reception day the president received 50-60 people.

         Meanwhile, personally I voted for the head of state, who is capable - at last! - to build a properly working power structure in which every official makes decisions within his competence, well-defined and not letting  him to fall into sin of  official abuse.

         Around the world, working hours of the head of state are considered to be  very expensive, and are not used to spend on issues that his subordinates are able to solve. The president must deal with strategic issues and not wiping my tears over the fact that my phone is not working again, and a new roof leaks. No one can keep track of everything, and do not try to do it, it will bring nothing good.

         Much more constructive for all of us would be a joint work of the president and the  parliament on the strategic  projects of development  in the discussion of which the whole society took part. Then, in the country would be both  the stability and unity, the loss of which is  so often cried over in the public.
